How it works
Submole reads the billing emails you already have, pulls the vendor, exact amount, currency and billing period from each one, and shows you what is being wasted.
One click, Google's own permission screen, read only access to your mail. No forwarding rules, no CSV exports, no card. You can disconnect at any moment and the access ends immediately.
Submole searches only for billing messages: receipts, invoices, payment confirmations, renewal and auto renew notices from the last six months. Everything else is ignored.
From every billing email we take the vendor, the amount exactly as printed, the currency, the period covered, the seat count where it is stated, and the charge date. Yearly and quarterly invoices are converted to a monthly figure properly.
Total monthly spend per currency, projected annual cost, idle seats ranked by money burned, and a calendar of what renews in the next 45 days. Each row carries a direct cancel link for common vendors.

You can always check our work
Every charge in your dashboard shows the email subject it came from, the sender, the date and the raw amount as printed on the invoice. If a number looks wrong, you can correct it by hand and later scans will never overwrite your correction.
